Introducing Bedrock: AI-Powered Drawing Comparison for Construction
Today we're launching Bedrock in beta. Our AI automatically compares construction drawings, catches scope changes, and helps teams prevent costly rework.

Today, we're excited to announce the beta launch of Bedrock.
What We Built
Bedrock is an AI-powered drawing comparison tool built specifically for construction. Upload two revisions of a drawing set, and our system automatically:
- Matches sheets across revisions, even when sheet numbers change
- Aligns drawings that have been rotated, scaled, or shifted
- Highlights changes with color-coded overlays
- Categorizes changes so you can focus on what matters
Why We Built It
Construction rework costs the US industry $177 billion annually. Over half of that rework stems from miscommunication and outdated drawings reaching the field.
We've talked to dozens of project managers, estimators, and superintendents. The story is always the same: drawing revisions come in, someone has to manually compare them to the previous version, and changes slip through. A moved wall here, a new beam there. Small changes that become expensive problems.
Existing tools help, but they weren't built for the scale of modern construction projects. When you're comparing 500+ sheets, manual overlay comparison doesn't cut it.
What's Next
We're working closely with our beta users to refine the product. If you're spending hours comparing drawings and want to try a better way, we'd love to hear from you.
Thanks to everyone who provided feedback during our alpha period. Your input shaped what we're launching today.
